KFC UK&I 11:11 Zinger Double Down Prize Draw

1. The Promoter is Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain) Limited, Orion Gate, Guildford Road, Woking, Surrey GU22 7NJ. Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the promotion form part of these terms and conditions. 

Promotion Period 

2. The promotion will commence at 11:11am on 03rd March 2025 and will close at 11:12am on 09th March 2025. Any entries received after the closing date shall not be entered into the Prize Draw. 

Eligibility 

3. The Prize Draw is open to United Kingdom residents aged eighteen (18) and over. By entering the Prize Draw, each participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

4. Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of its group companies, and their families or households, and anyone else professionally connected to this promotion are not eligible to participate. 

5. Any entries submitted by agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be deemed invalid and will not be accepted by the Promoter. 

6. The Prize Draw is free to enter. There is a limit to one entry per participant per day of the Prize Draw and each participant can only win one prize in total during the Prize Draw. 

How to enter 

7. To enter the Prize Draw, each participant (“Participant”) must: 

• On Instagram: Reply to the Instagram story posted by the KFC account (@KFC_UKI) with the words “Zinger Double Down”.

• On TikTok: Reply to the TikTok story posted by the KFC account (@KFC_UKI) with the words “Zinger Double Down”. The first eleven (11) eligible participants that respond to the stories will receive a £10 KFC voucher. Each daily giveaway will be open for a window of one (1) minute (from 11:11am to 11:12am), with the winner being contracted directly by the promoter, in the form of a direct message (DM) from the KFC account (@KFC_UKI) via within 24 hours of the draw closing. 

Prize 

8. The prize will be a £10 KFC voucher. Please note that this voucher must be used in restaurants (not via KFC app or with delivery partners) and used in one single transaction. 

9. There will be a total of 154 winners, from TikTok & Instagram. The first 11 people to respond to the Promoters post each day, per platform (Tiktok AND Instagram) will win the prize. The winner will be contracted directly by the promoter, in the form of a direct message (DM) from the KFC account (@KFC_UKI) via within 24 hours of the draw closing. 

10. The Winner will have 24 hrs (1 day) from the date of the notification message to claim their Prize, by replying with information as requested in order to fulfil the Prize. 

11. No cash or other alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part, except that the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize or Prizes for a prize of similar value. 

12. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all reasonable actions necessary to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid entries including, without limitation, to request further verification as to your identity, age, and other relevant details. 

13. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify entries which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions, or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this promotion. 

14. In the event that a Winner or substitute winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize in the time required, the winner or substitute winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner, which shall be the next eligible participant in relation to the chronology of responses. 

15. Details of the Winners will be made available upon request by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Promoter. 

Privacy and Data Protection 

16. Any personal data relating to Participants will be collected in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy notice found here: https://www.kfc.co.uk/privacy-policy and for the Prize Draw to be run by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Prize Draw on behalf of the Promoter. 

17. Other than as set out in these terms and conditions, for the purposes of operating the Prize Draw the information provided by you when entering the Prize Draw or claiming the Prize will not be used for any promotional purpose unless you have opted in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. 

General 

18. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary these terms and conditions. 

19. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries that it deems to be abusive, offensive, or hateful in language. 

20. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) any computer or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with this Prize Draw. 

21. By entering this Prize Draw, you agree to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Prize Draw or with the acceptance, possession or use of any Prize (except death or personal injury caused by the promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law). 

22. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
