KFC REWARDS ARCADE FAQS

We are always listening to customers' feedback and we know it can take a while to accumulate enough stamps for rewards.

That's why we introduce KFC Rewards Arcade, where you can play classic arcade games in the KFC app for a chance to win free menu items instantly. 

Scan your QR code before your purchase, or make an order via KFC app, you will receive an invite to play a game in our new rewards programme, KFC Rewards Arcade.

We are giving away 1000s of free menu items every day.  

No, you won't get a reward from KFC rewards for signing up. But you will access exclusive app offers directly.

You will need to make a purchase with app scanned or purchase via KFC app, to trigger an invite to play KFC Rewards Arcade. You will have chance to win free menu items.  

It is available in participating restaurants in the UK and Ireland.

Ask in store when you visit to find out whether you are in a participating restaurant.

We make it simple! You can get started by downloading and signing up the KFC App.

Make sure you scan the QR code on your app before you make purchase at Front Counters, Kiosks and Drive Through. Or you can make an order on Mobile Ordering or ordering via KFC Delivery on KFC App. 

When you spend more than £3 in the UK (5 euros in ROI), you will receive an invite through Push Notification (if you opted in) or on KFC App homepage. Click on the message to play the game for the chance to win free menu items.

Note for KFC owned delivery, you need to spend £7 minimum for delivery.

You can purchase from Front Counter, Kiosks or Drive Through. You need to scan the QR code on KFC App before your purchase. Once the purchase is completed, an invite will be triggered to you. 

You can also order through KFC App. The invite will be triggered when you 'check-in' in restaurant, or when restaurant team confirm your order at Drive Through.

Purchase through 3rd Party platforms are NOT valid for KFC Rewards Arcade.

You can also order via KFC Delivery on KFC app. When food is received, the invite will be triggered.

You can play twice a day only.

Once you receive the invite, we encourage you to play right away - don't let free food items hanging and waiting!

But if you don't play the existing game and place another order, your existing game will be replaced by a new one. So you only have 1 play out of these 2 purchases. 

We are giving away 1000s rewards everyday. You may win one of the below 12 food items:

As long as the rewards are not expired, you can keep stacking the rewards. They are all in 'KFC Rewards' page but do pay attention to the expiry dates.

Unfortunately, with KFC Rewards Arcade, you won't be able to add receipt code to the app. Please scan your app or user Mobile Ordering so you don’t miss the chance to play.

Rewards will be recognised at participating restaurants.

It is same way you redeem offers or the old stamp rewards.

 Scan your App at front counters, Kiosks or Drive through, and tell the restaurant team that you want to redeem the rewards. OR you can add the reward to basket directly if you are using Mobile Ordering or KFC Delivery.

You can only redeem 1 reward at a time.

There is no minimum spend for redemption at Front Counter or Drive Through.

Rewards can only be redeemed at the original size.

Unfortunately you can't trade rewards with anything else. But stay tune, we will release a new Sharing feature where you can share your rewards with others.

As long as the basket value after discount is above £3 in the UK and more than €5 in Republic of Ireland, you will still get an invite to play.

Yes, you can use rewards with KFC Value Deal (for example, Wrap of the Day offer), exclusive app offers. But the rewards cannot be used in conjunction with staff discounts, student beans offers, good will voucher.

With KFC rewards arcade, you have 40 days to use your free reward.

There is no limit to the number of rewards you can have in your account but don’t let them expire, which will happen after 40 days if you don't use them.

We will replace our current stamps collection with KFC Rewards Arcade, an instant win mechanic. The stamps collection will be stopped by restaurant closure on 26th July. We will boost your stamps balance to next redeemable level so you have an extra reward from KFC.

From 26th July onwards, you will be able to play KFC Rewards Arcade after your transaction.

You have 90 days to use the rewards from stamp boosts.

There is no impact to the rewards that you earnt before we stop stamps collection (i.e. restaurant closure on 26th July). You can redeem it as you usually do, and the expiry dates are not changed and can be found on the reward tiles.

When we stop stamps collection, we will also boost your stamp balance to the redeemable level, so you will have a new reward saved in ‘KFC Reward' page, which you can enjoy for next 90 days.

We are not changing App offers so you will still have access to exclusive App offers once you log in.

Yes, you can still redeem the rewards from the stamp collection in participating restaurants.

You can still scan the app to trigger an invite to play. But the invite will arrive when your phone is back online. You need to be online to redeem your free rewards.

Don't worry! if your screen frozen, just try to reopen the app, and the invite of the game are on the homepage of the app.

Invite for game won't expire.

Your cashier is unable to notify you if you have a reward waiting, so make sure you open your app, check for email notifications, or check your account online.

We sure do! We have partnered with Student Beans, an online offers hub for students, to offer a free Popcorn Snack Bucket when you spend £3 or more in a single transaction.

You will need to have registered with Student Beans and have a valid Student Beans ID to take advantage of this discount. If you do not have a Student Beans iD you can register at www.studentbeans.com/go/kfc.

You will also need to have a KFC App account and register your Student Beans ID with your KFC App.

To do this download and sign up the KFC App, and enter your Student Beans ID. Verification may take up to 24 hours.

To claim your student discount, once your Student Beans ID has been verified, a valid barcode on the app must be presented at the till point of a participating restaurant and scanned during a purchase.

This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers including any rewards from KFC Rewards Arcade.
