    Associate Quantity Surveyor Construction Project Manager

    The Construction Team are looking for an Associate Quantity Surveyor / Construction Project Manager to be responsible for developing cost documents, value engineering & project managing new restaurants and extending/refurbishing existing sites for KFC equity and to partner & guide third party franchise businesses.     KFC Europe is one of YUM’s largest Regions and significant profit contributor. It has over 1800 stores across 6 BMU’s: UK; France; Germany; Netherlands, Spain & Italy, it also includes their satellite markets, Iceland, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Portugal, and Switzerland. The region is expected to grow at over 150 stores per annum. This role is primarily focussed on the U.K. market and the 51 equity owned restaurants, however there is plenty of scope to develop the role to a regional position for the right candidate.
