Construction Project Coordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join team KFC as the Construction Project Coordinator inside the Development Department. The Development Department consists of 24 people, including seven people in the Construction team.
Associate Quantity Surveyor Construction Project Manager
The Construction Team are looking for an Associate Quantity Surveyor / Construction Project Manager to be responsible for developing cost documents, value engineering & project managing new restaurants and extending/refurbishing existing sites for KFC equity and to partner & guide third party franchise businesses. The role also has potential for growth with ad hoc & roll-out projects on the equity estate as they arise.

People Capability Coach - Ireland (18 Month Secondment)
As the People Capability Coach (PCC), you'll act as the trusted partner to both the Area Coach and Restaurant Manager. Your role is pivotal in providing comprehensive support for all things related to people strategies in your region. At KFC, people are the 12th essential ingredient in our renowned secret recipe. This role is field based, offering an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact at the heart of restaurant operations.
Digital & Technology
Tech New Restaurant Opening Coordinator
This is a support role within the KFC Tech team based at the RSC in Woking, where you will be responsible for technology standards and set ups in all new restaurant openings (NRO), any Image Enhancements (IEs) and refresher works, as well as working closely with install partners, our internal teams at the RSC and franchisee partners.
Lead Technical Architect
Lead technical architect responsible for creating the direction for the company's architectural systems. The individual will oversee the life cycle development of software and technology solutions, ensuring they are designed and built to an extremely high standard while meeting the user needs. Responsible for driving best practices, leading the team of technical architects and engineers, and overseeing the development of high-quality, scalable, and reliable technology solutions.

Channel Delivery Lead
We're seeking a passionate Delivery Channel Lead to drive the growth of our delivery services and take our famous fried chicken to the next level. Reporting to the Head of Digital Growth, you’ll own the strategy, partnerships, and performance for KFC’s delivery channels, blending strategic insight, creative thinking, and a results-driven approach to fuel our delivery success and bring our chicken to customers wherever they are.
Innovation Manager
As KFC’s Marketing Innovation Manager, you’ll lead the strategic evolution of the UK&I core menu by developing data-driven, consumer-tested product pipelines that align with growth goals. From ideation to launch, you’ll oversee the entire process, ensuring new products are on-trend, market-leading, and customer-loved through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Senior Product Development Manager
KFC UKI is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager (12-month maternity cover) to lead EPD and NPD projects across its Core Development or New Product Development Teams. Reporting to the Head of Food & Quality, this leadership role involves managing two direct reports, driving innovation, optimizing products, and ensuring menu success through collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and franchisees.
Brand in Culture Manager
We are seeking a passionate and creative Brand In Culture Manager to position the brand at the heart of British culture through impactful activations, influencer partnerships, and campaigns that drive relevance and social impact. This role is focussed on delivering value across the whole region and due to the untapped potential, the opportunity provides scope for a driven category buyer to make a huge impact across a large number of countries and franchise partners. Category manager procurement role involving partnering with regional tech leads to lead procurement and create value for the business.
Category Buyer - Development
KFC Europe is one of YUM’s largest Regions and significant profit contributor. It has over 1800 stores across 6 BMU’s: UK; France; Germany; Netherlands, Spain & Italy, it also includes their satellite markets, Iceland, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Portugal, and Switzerland. The region is expected to grow at over 150 stores per annum. This role is primarily focussed on the U.K. market and the 51 equity owned restaurants, however there is plenty of scope to develop the role to a regional position for the right candidate.
