As an Insight Manager you will drive customer-centric strategies and brand performance analysis, supporting growth through data-driven insights and strategic planning. This role involves managing brand tracking, leading qualitative and quantitative research projects, and championing the customer voice across the business to identify risks and opportunities.
Product Developer
KFC UKI is seeking a Product Developer to support the Senior Product Development Manager in creating innovative menu items for over 1,000 KFC restaurants. This hands-on role involves leading NPD projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring product quality while driving new ideas that align with the brand’s strategy and growth goals.

KFC Youth Foundation Employability Programme Coordinator
The KFC Youth Foundation, established in 2015, focuses on empowering young people to fulfill their potential through safe spaces, mentoring, and life skills development. As part of its transition to a service delivery model, the Foundation will incorporate the Hatch employability program, which provides workshops and paid work experience for youth aged 16-25 who are not in education, training, or employment.
The Employability Programme Co-Ordinator will oversee the coordination of the Hatch program, acting as a key link between youth organizations, KFC restaurants, and other work experience providers. This includes facilitating training, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring smooth delivery of placements while maintaining data management, monitoring, and reporting processes. The role requires experience in managing youth-focused programs, strong organizational and relationship-building skills, and a passion for supporting young people in achieving their potential.
Supply Chain
Category Buyer - Restaurant Indirects
KFC Europe is one of YUM’s largest Regions and significant profit contributor. It has over 4,000 stores across 3 BMU’s: UK; Western European Business Unit and Central and Eastern Europe. The region has seen high new restaurant growth and is expected to grow at over 150 stores per annum. This role is primarily focussed on the U.K. market, however there is plenty of scope to develop the role to a regional position for the right candidate.
Supplier Performance Manager - Packaging
