    KFC UK&I “Believe in Chicken Dance” GIVEAWAY FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

     1. The Promoter is Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain) Limited, Orion Gate, Guildford Road, Woking, Surrey GU22 7NJ. Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the promotion form part of these terms and conditions. 

    Promotion Period

     2. The promotion will commence at 4:00pm on 1 July 2024 and will close at 4:00pm on 26 July 2024. Prizes will be drawn at the end of each week. The Promotion Periods for each week are as follows: 

    • Week 1: 4:00pm on 1 July 2024 to 4:00pm on 5 July 2024 

    • Week 2: 4:00pm on 5 July 2024 to 4:00pm on 12 July 2024 

    • Week 3: 4:00pm on 12 July 2024 to 4:00pm on 19 July 2024 

    • Week 4: 4:00pm on 19 July 2024 to 4:00pm on 26 July 2024 

    Any entries received after the closing date shall not be entered into the Prize Draw.

    Eligibility 

    3. The Prize Draw is open to United Kingdom residents aged eighteen (18) and over. By entering the Prize Draw, each participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

    4. Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of its group companies, and their families or households, and anyone else professionally connected to this promotion are not eligible to participate. 

    5. Any entries submitted by agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be deemed invalid and will not be accepted by the Promoter. 

    6. The Prize Draw is free to enter. There is a limit to one entry per participant and each participant can only win one prize.

    How to enter 

    7. To enter the Prize Draw, each participant must: 

    - On Instagram: Using the audio provided in @KFC_UKI’s ‘Believe in Chicken Dance’ Instagram Reel, post a video of yourself doing the entirety of the ‘Believe in Chicken Dance’ on your Instagram Feed and tag @KFC_UKI in the post. Ensure your profile is public during the giveaway period to allow us to view your entry. Videos must be original and created by the participant. Entries must include KFC's original audio and choreography to be valid. 

    OR 

    -On TikTok: Using the audio provided in @KFC_UKI’s ‘Believe in Chicken Dance’ TikTok Video, post a video of yourself doing the entirety of the ‘Believe in Chicken Dance’ on your TikTok Profile and tag @KFC_UKI into the post. Ensure your profile is public during the giveaway period to allow us to view your entry. Videos must be original and created by the participant. Entries must include KFC's original audio and choreography to be valid.

    Prize

    8. The prize consists of one KFC Chicken Code, entitling a winner to £10 off the total value of their meal (“the Prize”). This code can only be used in KFC Restaurants in the United Kingdom and must be shown to a cashier before paying for a meal. It cannot be redeemed on the KFC app or with Delivery partners. 

    9. Winners will be randomly selected at the end of each weekly Promotion Period from all valid entries received that week. The draw will be conducted under independent supervision or using a computer programme that produces a verifiably random draw. 

    10. Up to 75 Prizes will be awarded each week during the Promotion Period. If fewer than 75 valid entries are received in a week, any remaining Prizes will be added to the following week's prize pool. 

    11. The winners will be notified via Private Message from the @kfc_uki account on the social media channel which they entered no later than 3 days after the prize draw for each week. 

    12. No cash or other alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part, except that the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of similar value. 

    13. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all reasonable actions necessary to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid entries including, without limitation, to request further verification as to your identity, age, and other relevant details. 

    14. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify entries which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions, or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this promotion. 

    15. Details of the winners will be made available upon request by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Promoter. 

    Privacy and Data Protection 

    16. Any personal data relating to participants will be collected in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy notice found here: https://www.kfc.co.uk/privacy-policy and for the Prize Draw to be run by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Prize Draw on behalf of the Promoter. 

    17. Other than as set out in these terms and conditions, for the purposes of operating the Prize Draw the information provided by you when entering the Prize Draw or claiming the Prize will not be used for any promotional purpose unless you have opted in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. 

    Instagram and Tiktok 

    18. Participants acknowledge and accept that Instagram and Tiktok are not associated with the promotion, do not act as a sponsor or promoter of the promotion, nor do they endorse or administer the promotion in any manner. z

    19. KFC is not responsible for any changes or unavailability of the Instagram or Tiktok service that may interfere with the promotion. 

    General 

    20. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary these terms and conditions. 

    21. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries that it deems to be abusive, offensive, or hateful in language. 

    22. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) any computer or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with this Prize Draw. 

    23. By entering this Prize Draw, you agree to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Prize Draw or with the acceptance, possession or use of any Prize (except death or personal injury caused by the promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law). 

    24. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
